The client, a brokerage company specializing in corporate and vacation housing , utilized our skills for an amazing update to a high rise condominium's patio space which had a unique, but common issue that needed to be solved.....Being that the Patio was twice as large as the indoor living space!! Justin Hughes Designs set out to deliver to the client a hip space that seated many comfortably, and offered the latest stylish home tech solutions such as an outdoor dining table with built in cooler, and outdoor credenza with motorized lift , protecting from the elements and unfolding the 46" flatscreen Television.
