Another modern multi room redesign of a new home for one of the Las Vegas Raiders. This client also purchased a large tract home when he arrived in Las Vegas when the Raiders moved cities. This home presented a unique floor plan that seemed to easily divide the home into two sections. The client commissioned us to turn one of the sections into an “entertainment” area for his many guests to enjoy some fun amenities, including a lounge like front terrace, “fireless” fire feature, a barbershop casino room with pull down murphy bed, a super hero gallery hallway, a home gym, a home music studio, and a karaoke room!! This unique project is a true design powerhouse!
