A uniquely upbeat cowork space containing 3 private conference rooms of different sizes, lounge area, gathering area, work stations, small kitchenette, and a VIP wine room. The client requested to repurpose an empty upstairs space that came in a restaurant real estate deal to a useable residual profiting extension of the restaurant space below it. The solution birthed a spirited swanky space of bright colors, dancing patterns, and natural materials.
